Having met with the teachers that Ailsa is working with, had discussions with the HT and DHT, led a staff meeting which included Brain Gym and visited all classes, I am of the opinion that Manja is a school which has lots of potential. The general condition of the school grounds, the behaviour of the learners and the positive school ethos are all impressive. Even very young learners displayed confidence and engaged with the visiting Mzungu.
