Absolutely delighted today to find that the teachers in standard 7 have organised the classroom into groups of 6 learners. What a fantastic way to support partner and group discussions.
After our science lesson last week the children had brought in lots of specimens to create our science corner - check out the fish! We are going to label it on both chichewa and English.
I also worked with standard 8 learners to develop science investigation skills - they were looking for evidence to answer the question " what is the world made of?"
We went outside to observe and explore, we collated our observations, sorted them into groups and then concluded that the world is made of many different living and non living things.
